Affidavit of service is taken on record. No one appears for the Bank despite service.

The only prayer of the petitioner is for a direction on the Bank to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 11th March, 2022. By the said representation, the petitioner requested for one-time settlement with the Bank.

W.P.A.6401 of 2022 is accordingly disposed of with a direction on the Bank to consider the representation of the petitioner within a period of two weeks from date and dispose of the same by way of passing a reasoned order after hearing the petitioner. A copy of the reasoned order shall be made available to the petitioner within a week from the date of passing such order. It is also recorded that the petitioner is ready to pay Rs.90,00,000/- in furtherance of the proposed settlement.
