Petitioner has approached this Court accusing that the private respondents are violating status quo order passed by the Civil Court and trying to encroach upon the possession of the petitioner.

Learned advocate for the private respondents submits that the petitioner himself is not in possession. Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. The report reflects that Partition Suit Case No. 242 of 2019 is pending and earlier because of the dispute between the parties, a proceeding under Section 107 Cr.P.C. was drawn up by the police authorities.

I have considered the nature of the dispute and, accordingly, I direct that the police authorities would keep a strict vigil and ensure that no breach of peace takes place as the petitioner and the private respondents are in a strained relationship.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition being WPA 7298 of 2024 is disposed of. Report so submitted be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.
