1. It appears that the further inadvertent typographical error had crept into the order dated 30th April, 2025 passed by this Court. At the fifth line of the said order instead of "March 2001", it should actually be "March, 2021.

2. The inadvertent typographical error is hereby corrected. The orders dated 16.04.2025, 30.04.2025 shall be read conjointly and this order shall also be treated as a part of the judgment.

3. The Department is directed to make necessary corrections in the original judgment and order in terms of the orders passed on 30th April, 2025 and today i.e. on 15th July, 2025.
