The respondents draw the attention of the Court to the representation submitted before the respondent nos. 2 to 5 complaining of illegal encroachment of the public road.

It is submitted on behalf of both the parties that the respondent no. 4 be directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioners, assess the encroachment, if any, and take necessary steps for removal of the same in accordance with the law. Accordingly, the respondent no.4 is directed to take note of the representation submitted before him by the petitioners on 30/8/2018, assess encroachment of the public road, if any, and take necessary steps for removal of the same in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.

WPA 7649 of 2021 is thus, disposed of.

There will be no order as to cots.
