1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the order of this Court has been substantially complied with. However, it is submitted that the cradle guard is not immediately below the cable.

2. Learned counsel for the alleged contemnors submits that the cradle guard has been shifted above its prior position as per the direction of this Court and vertical linearity has been maintained.

3. Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties, since it is evident that the order of this Court has been complied with and in case the vertical linearity of the cradle guard would have been changed, it might have given rise to further issues, this Court is of the opinion that the contempt application has lost relevance.

4. The contempt, if any at all, stands purged in any event due to the alleged contemnors having already lifted the

cradle guard above the premises of the petitioners in consonance with the parent order of this Court.

5. Accordingly, CPAN 453 of 2024 is disposed of as infructuous.

6. There will be no order as to costs.
