It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that notwithstanding a direction on the alleged contemnors to consider the petitioners representation, no steps have been taken in terms of the order dated September 11, 2018.

On behalf of the alleged contemnors, it is submitted that by an order dated April 8, 2019, the representation of the petitioners has been duly considered in compliance with the order dated September 11, 2018. A copy of the order dated April 8, 2019 is also furnished to the petitioners. In view of the above, nothing survives in this application.

CPAN 1038 of 2019 stands dismissed.
