The grievance of the petitioner is that some persons have encroached upon a public road adjacent to the house of the petitioner and have been raising construction therein, thereby obstructing egress and ingress of the petitioner.

The petitioner submitted a representation to that effect before the competent Authority on 16th January, 2020 for redressal of his grievance, but such representation is yet to be disposed of. The petitioner prays for a direction upon the competent Authority to dispose of his representation at the earliest.

Having considered the submissions made on behalf of the parties and the material on record, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the 4th respondent to consider and dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner dated 16th January, 2020 within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the interested parties including the petitioner, in accordance with law.

W.P.A. 7655 of 2021 is thus disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
