The State of West Bengal and others The present revisional application was preferred challenging the judgment and order dated 03.03.2021 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Purba Medinipur in connection with Criminal Revision Case No.24 of 2021.

The subject-matter of the revisional application relates to M.P. Case No.120 of 2021 under Section 144(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure including the order dated 19.02.2021. I have considered the order which has been passed. The nature of contentions and on an assessment of the same, I am of the view that the facts narrated are private and personal in nature. Further, the statutory period as has been prescribed under the provisions have expired. Considering the same, I am of the opinion that M.P. Case No.120 of 2021 is deemed to be infructuous. Consequently, the proceedings are quashed.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 811 of 2021 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
