The sum and substance of the prayer of the petitioner is a direction to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 6th January, 2025.

The learned counsel for the State furnished a report signed by the respondent no. 5. It is submitted that since the petitioner joined after a specific cut of date, which is mentioned in the memorandum date 1st April, 2010, he will not get any benefit under the memorandum. However, the petitioner appealed to the authority to be considered for bringing him within ambit of a memorandum dated 1st March, 2024.

I have heard both the counsels.

The writ petition is disposed of giving direction to the respondent no. 5 to consider the representation and pass fresh order in terms of the extant rules and orders.

Accordingly, the WPA 6764 of 2025 stands disposed of.
