The revisional application appeared on 26th April, 2022, 27th April, 2022 and 16th June, 2022 when either the petitioner prayed for an accommodation or did not appear. The revisional application is against an order of interim monetary relief being passed under Section 23 of the P.W.D.V Act, 2005. If the amount is to the dissatisfaction of the petitioner, the petitioner would be at liberty to take out an application for enhancement of the same before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paschim Medinipore. With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 1196 of 2022 is dismissed. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
