Earlier this revisional application was called on 13.10.2023 when an accommodation was prayed for on behalf of the petitioners.

Today when the matter is called, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners again prays for accommodation. I have perused the enclosures to the revisional application which are accompanied with the certified copy relating to certain prayers forwarded by the investigating officer of the case in the year 2022 which was at the very inception of the case. I have taken into account the rest of the annexures which relate to order passed by the civil court. There are documents, which have been enclosed, relating to gift deed and suit for declaration. The subject-matter of the revisional application is confined to the documents which were related to the initial stage of the case when the case was registered on 17.01.2022. More than two years have passed in the meantime and by this time it is expected that the process would be at a matured stage of investigation, if not charge-sheet has already been filed before the jurisdictional court.

Having considered the time period which has passed and the subject-matter so involved, I grant liberty to the

petitioner to approach this Court after the report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure are handed over to the present petitioners. No interference is made at this stage.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1021 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
