It appears that the proceeding before the trial Court was initiated in the year 2013 and has not been disposed of till date. 3.

Considering the nature of relief prayed for, service is dispensed with.

Considering the nature of the application which is an application under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C. and the fact that the matter is pending for the last 12 years, the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the trial Court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the proceeding expeditiously preferably within three months from the date of this order. 5.

CRR 1371 of 2025 stands disposed of.
