2. Mr. De, learned advocate for the State submits that for the same grievance the petitioner earlier filed WPA 830 of 2019, which was disposed of 7th January, 2021.

3. Thus, regular forum for him is to file a regular writ petition and not a PIL. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in the meantime. The cause does not survive.
