Records reveal that by an order dated 23rd April, 2020, this Court directed that the petitioner shall not be arrested for a period of three weeks.

Mr. Mitra, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that subsequent thereto, charge sheet has been filed and the petitioner has complied with all the directions as contained in the earlier order dated 23rd April, 2020.

Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate appears for the State. Having heard the learned advocates and as the earlier directions of this Court have been complied with by the petitioner and since upon completion of investigation, charge sheet has already been filed, we are of the opinion that custodial detention of the petitioner is not warranted. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner, namely, Soham Chakraborty, shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of like amount, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and a further condition that the petitioner shall reside within the jurisdiction of Ghola Police Station, until further orders. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail being CRM No.3230 of 2020, is disposed of.
