The revisional application appeared on 26th April, 2022, 27th April, 2022 and 16th June, 2022 when either the petitioner prayed for an accommodation or did not appear. The subject matter of the revisional application relates to an order dated 10-01-2022 granting interim order of maintenance in connection with Misc. Case No. 161 of 2019.

Having considered the grievance expressed by the petitioner and the time period which has lapsed in the meantime, I direct that the petitioner would be at liberty to canvass the issue for enhancement of maintenance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th court, Paschim Medinipur.

With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 1197 of 2022 is dismissed. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
