Records of this application reflects that for a period of three months the petitioner was allowed to be on bail in connection with CRAN 1612 of 2020. The main application being CRM 3232 of 2020 was adjourned and directed to be listed after three months. Lastly, the application was heard on 23rd April, 2020. The subject matter relates to the petitioner being convicted under the provisions of Section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.

Having regard to the time period, which has expired in the month of July, 2020, I am of the opinion that the whole of the application for bail has become infructuous.

Mr. Tanmay Kr. Ghosh, learned advocate, appears on behalf of the State.

In view of the observations made, CRM 3232 of 2020 is dismissed.

Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
