Having considered the materials on record including the post mortem report disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged murder, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The application for bail (CRM 3235 of 2020) is, thus, rejected. Subsequently connected application (CRAN 1 of 2020) is also disposed of.
