It appears from the report submitted by the State that charge sheet has been submitted on 21st April, 2025 upon completion of investigation.

On prayer of the petitioner liberty is granted to approach the learned Magistrate seeking redressal of his grievance.

In view of the above, no fruitful purpose shall be served in keeping the writ petition pending. The same is accordingly disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
