2. State is represented.

3. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, inadvertently paragraph-3 went down incorrectly in the order. She submits that, police did not file any final report of mistake as to fact before the jurisdictional Court so far as present police case is concerned.

4. In such circumstances, paragraph-3 of the order dated February 28, 2025 be deleted.

5. In such circumstances, in paragraph-4, the words "disposed of" be replaced with "dismissed".

6. Balance portion of the part of the order dated February 28, 2025 will remain the same.

7. Department will incorporate such correction in the order dated February 28, 2025.
