There is an issue of long absconsion of the petitioners. Court is informed that petitioner no. 1 was arrested. Consequently, CRM (A) 923 of 2024 is dismissed as infructuous so far as the petitioner no. 1 is concerned. So far as the petitioner no. 2 is concerned, in view of the long absconsion of such petitioner and the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 923 of 2024 is dismissed.
