Heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties. It appears that the petitioner was granted interim bail on 23rd April, 2020 and he has complied with all the directions, as contained in the order dated 23rd April, 2020 and there is no adverse report. In view thereof, the interim bail granted on 23rd April, 2020 is confirmed. The other conditions, as incorporated in the earlier order dated 23rd April, 2020, shall remain unaltered. Accordingly, the application for bail being CRM No.3248 of 2020 and the connected application being CRAN No.2 of 2021 are disposed of.
