1. Matter is taken up for consideration in presence of learned advocates representing the petitioner and State respondents.

2. Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 30th April, 2025 a memo dated 23rd May, 2025 was issued by the District Inspector of Schools (SE),. South 24 Parganas thereby requesting the Administrator of Dayapur PC Sen High School, South 24 Parganas to allow the petitioner to resume duty. Copy of the memo dated 23rd May, 2025 is placed before this Court and same is taken on record.

3. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that in view of resumption of duty by the petitioner grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

4. Having considered the submission made on behalf of the petitioner and taking note of the fact that petitioner was permitted to resume duty after the order was passed by this Court on 30th April, 2025, writ petition stands disposed of.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
