CRIMINAL REVISIONAL JURISDICTION APPELLATE SIDE ( Via Video Conference ) CRR 895 of 2012 In the matter of : Kasem Ali Laskar & Anr. .....petitioners. In Re : An application under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This revisional application has been preferred in respect of a proceeding under Section 144(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure pending before the learned Executive Magistrate, Diamond Harbour, South 24 Parganas. The said order was passed on 31st January, 2012.

Having regard to the nature and scope of the proceeding under Section 144(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, I am of the view that the same has become infructuous by lapse of time.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 895 of 2012 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
