In Re : An application under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This revisional application has been preferred in respect of a proceeding under Section 144(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure pending before the learned Executive Magistrate, Diamond Harbour, South 24 Parganas. The subject matter of challenge relates to the order dated 1st February, 2012.

Having regard to the nature of the proceedings involved and the period of time which has elapsed in the meantime, I am of the view that the same has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 896 of 2012 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
