At the time of hearing, the learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is not placing the two prayers of the writ application being prayer-(a) and prayer-(b) as such reliefs prayed have already became redundant. But the petitioner places prayer- (c) by which prayer she wants to get the marks obtained by her in the written examination, academic score and the marks obtained in the personality test as initiated pursuant to the advertisement dated December 23, 2020.

In the said recruitment process, there was no written examination and, therefore, there can be no question of disclosing the marks for written examination.

The learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has also filed one Right to Information application for the marks of academic score and the personality test (written examination does not come into question).

After hearing the parties including the West Bengal Board of Primary Education, I direct the Board to supply the petitioner the marks obtained by her in the academic qualification i.e. the academic score and the marks obtained by the petitioner in personality test.

As she has filed already a Right to Information application, that application is not required to be dealt with as of now and the Board is directed to supply the marks to the petitioner within a period of four weeks which should be sent to her by registered post with A/D.

With the above direction, this writ application is disposed of.

Affidavit of service filed in the Court is kept on record.

Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of the formalities.
