The petitioner is aggrieved by delay in conduct of proceeding being G.R. Case No.2338 of 2014 (The State of West Bengal & Anr. - Vs. - Uday Kumar Mondal & Anr.) now pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court at Barrackpore, District - North 24 Parganas arising out of Baranagar Police Station Case No. 301 of 2014 dated 4th May, 2014.

In view of innocuous prayers made before this Court, the said learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court at Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas is directed to dispose of the aforesaid G.R. Case No. 2338 of 2014 within a period of eight months from the date of communication of a copy of this order. The Registry of this Court shall communicate a copy of this order to the Court below.

The petitioner may also make such communication. With the aforesaid directions, the instant revisional application shall stand disposed of.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order on usual undertakings.
