Mr. Chatterjee, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the revisional application, petitioners have been acquitted of the charges and, as such, he do not intend to pursue the present revisional application. Mr. Ganguly, learned advocate, appears on behalf of the State.

In view of the submissions so advanced, the revisional application being CRR 819 of 2021 is dismissed as not pressed. Pending application, if any, is consequently dismissed. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
