For the WBSEDCL The grievance of the petitioner is directed against the failure of the respondent No. 6 in failing to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 22nd February, 2021.

The petitioner submits that the private respondent No. 7 is unlawfully and illegally running a submersible pump without sanction of law.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, I am of the view that the grievance of the petitioner pertaining to his representation be considered and disposed of by the Divisional Manager, the respondent No. 6 within a period of 8 weeks from date. In carrying out the aforesaid directions, the respondent No. 6 is directed to give a right of hearing to the petitioner and all the affected parties including the private respondent No. 7.

Nothing in this order will influence the respondent No. 6 on the merits of the case.

With the aforesaid directions, W.P.A. 7681 of 2021 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
