By this revisional application prayer made for expeditious disposal of an application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure filed on 10th February, 2023. Considering the nature of the prayer, I find no reason to ask the petitioners to serve notice upon the opposite parties and service upon the opposite parties is thus dispensed with.

Considering this facts and circumstances, learned Civil Judge, (Senior Division), 3rd Court, Paschim Midnapore is requested to dispose of the application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure on 28th March, 2023, if possible, after giving an opportunity of hearing to either of the parties to this application.

Petitioners are directed to make communication of this order to the learned Civil Judge, (Senior Division), 3rd Court, Paschim Midnapore .

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.
