State of West Bengal Ms. Rita Datta ... for the State The present revision of the year 2019 has been preferred against an order dated 29.01.2019 passed by the Additional District & Session Judge, 5th Court at Malda, in connection with Sessions Case No.404 of 2017 arising out of Kaliachak Police Station Case No.05/2016 dated 03.01.2016 under Sections 147/148/149/323/325/326/332/333/353/186/379/427/435/436 /506 of the IPC adding Section 411/307/120B of the IPC read with Sections 25/27/35 of the Arms Act and Sections 3/ 4 of P.D.P.P Act. Ms. Rita Datta present in court today is appointed to represent the State. Her appointment be regularised by the appropriate authority.

As none appears for the the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

All connected application stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law. Learned counsel for the State to inform the status of this case to the concerned authority.
