Petitioner is aggrieved by the continuance of Malda P. S. Case No. 9 of 2024 dated January 7, 2024 under Section 498A IPC. Records reflect that the investigation of the case is still progressing. Petitioner submits that she being a lady and a relation has been implicated in connection with the instant case on wild allegations made at the instance of the opposite party no.2. This court enquired whether the present petitioner has been granted bail. It has been reported that the petitioner has already been released on bail.
Learned advocate submits that the petitioner has to regularly attend court. Since chargesheet has not been submitted, petitioner need not go to court until and unless chargesheet is submitted and summons are issued against the present petitioner. So far as the merits of the case is concerned, petitioner is granted liberty to approach this court after submission of the report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure
are supplied to her.
With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1073 of 2024 is disposed of.
Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. [Tirthankar Ghosh, J]
