1. At the time of hearing learned advocate for the writ petitioners submits before this Court that he has instruction to withdraw the instant writ petition.

2. In view of such, WPA 6647 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn.

3. It is, however, made clear that the dismissal of the instant writ petition would not prevent the writ petitioners to ventilate their grievance on the selfsame cause of action before the appropriate forum. (Partha Sarathi Sen, J.)
