We are told that the COVID - 19 matter which was filed before the Hon'ble Supreme Court is still pending and the next hearing has been fixed on February 13, 2021.

Having given our anxious consideration to the facts and circumstances of the case, we are of the view that we should close these writ petitions and wait for the final order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court on the issue of COVID-19 management. It will be open to any of the parties to approach this Court in the event any further direction is deemed necessary even after disposal of the matter by the Hon'ble Supreme Court if, according to such applicant, such issue is required to be considered in larger public interest de hors the verdict of the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

All the writ petitions along with all the connected applications are accordingly disposed of.
