This is an application seeking direction upon the learned Trial Judge for expeditious disposal of the connected Title Suit No. 2226 of 2010 and the applications thereto.

It appears from the record that the learned Trial Judge has already fixed hearing of the application under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure filed by the defendant on March 31, 2021.

In view of such, the direction as prayed for at this stage is not warranted.

The petitioner, however, is at liberty to conclude his part of the argument of the said application under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code on the next date fixed.

C.O. 695 of 2021 is thus disposed of.
