This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of Title Suit No.225 of 2024 along with the connected applications pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Barrackpore, North 24-Parganas.

Mr. Chatterjee, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had filed an application for injunction under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure as far back as on May 24, 2024 but the same has not yet been disposed of. It is submitted that thereafter, the petitioner has also filed applications under Order 6 Rule 17 read with Order 1 Rule 10 of the Code but the same also remain pending. It is further submitted that the learned Trial Court has been fixing very long dates which has led to the

unnecessary prolongation of the suit.

Having regard to the nature of the order proposed to be passed, direction for prior service of notice on the opposite party is not being made, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite party within a week from date.

Having heard the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner and having considered the materialon-record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Barrackpore, North 24Parganas, to dispose of the interlocutory applications pending before it in connection with the said suit as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from the next date fixed without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

The learned Trial Court is requested to fix reasonable dates so that the suit is not unduly prolonged and the learned Trial Court is requested to dispose of the title suit being Title Suit No.225 of 2024 as expeditiously as the business of the learned Trial Court would permit, without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

CO 1051 of 2026 stands disposed of. No costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
