A direction to secure re-construction of the record in Title Execution Case No. 25 of 2020, now pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 6th Court at Alipore, is the ultimate relief sought for in this case. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be made in this case, the revisional application be disposed of directing petitioner to make a specific prayer for reconstruction of the record, referred hereinabove, adhering to the provisions available in Civil Rules and Orders. If any such application is made, or already is there, the same shall be disposed of as per provisions mentioned in the Civil Rules and Orders within three months from the date of communication of this order, to the learned court below by the learned advocate for the petitioner.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.
