1. This revisional application is directed against an order dated February 21, 2026 passed by the learned Judge, Commercial Court, Rajarhat, North 24-Parganas, whereby the hearing of the application under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been adjourned to May 2, 2026.

2. Learned Commercial Court has given its reasons as to why it was unable to take up the matter on the date fixed. In such view of the matter, this Court is unable to find any illegality or material irregularity in the order impugned.

3. Section 34 application has already been fixed for hearing on May 2, 2026.

4. The respective parties shall be free to make appropriate submissions before the learned Commercial Court on the date fixed or whenever the matter will be taken up by the Commercial Court.

5. C.O. 1046 of 2026 is disposed of with the above observations.

6. Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished expeditiously after completion of all formalities.
