The petitioner has applied for transfer on general grounds and her application is being processed. Given that the petitioner is the single teacher in the subject in that school concerned District Inspector of Schools in terms of the 2015 Rules, as amended from time to time has tried to ascertain as to whether there is a willing teacher to teach Sanskrit in the petitioner's school on a temporary basis in lieu of the petitoner. The said request is pending.

The concerned District Inspector of Schools (SE) shall continue to make efforts strictly in terms of the 2015 Rules in that regard.

The petitioner, however, prays for urgent transfer based on a report of the Block Medical Officer Health, Haroa, R.H.P.O. dated 25th July, 2022 that the

petitioner is suffering from severe gynecological disorder.

A plain reading of the certificate does not inspire any confidence in this Court of the petitioner's medical condition. The certificate issued by Block Medical Officer Health, Haroa, R.H.P.O. appears to be mechanical and issued upon a mere asking.

In that view of the matter, the instant writ petition is disposed of without any further order. There will be no order as to costs.
