Mr. Wasim Ahmed Md. Sehabuddin ... for the State - Respondent(s) The petitioner informed the Officerin-charge of Tarakeswar Police Station regarding violation of the order passed by the civil court in connection with TS 370 of 2024.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report which reflects that the police authorities have kept a strict vigil as also drawn up a proceeding under Sections 126/135(3) of the BNSS.

Having considered that the police authorities are well aware regarding the order passed in TS 370 of 2024, I am of the view that the police will only interfere if there is violation of any law

and order.

If there is breach of any order and there are inconveniences faced by the police authorities, the police authorities would submit a report before the jurisdictional civil court.

The petitioner would also approach the jurisdictional civil court, if he finds that there is breach of any order of the learned civil court and/or the order is not being complied with.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 6808 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the petitioner.
