Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The primary prayer of the petitioner is for disposal of a representation submitted by him on 13th October, 2022 before the Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Kolkata Region seeking transfer of record of stage carriage permit of the petitioner initially issued by the RTA, Kolkata Region to the RTA, North 24 Parganas. It is submitted on behalf of the respondents that the 2nd respondent be directed to consider the representation in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the writ application is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 13th October, 2022 within one month from the date of communication of this order.

However, there shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
