Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has expired, and accordingly, the contempt application has become infructuous. He further submits that the heirs of the deceased petitioner have been filed an application with regard to the family pension and are proceeding in accordance with law.

In the light of the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the contempt application is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
