Affidavit of service filed in Court is taken on record.

The writ petitioner complains of alleged inaction on the part of the Bamongola Police Station in respect of P. S. Case No. 53 of 2023 dated 22.03.2023 and P. S. Case No. 147 of 2021 dated 14.09.2021.

It appears from the report of the Police that Bamongola Police Station has investigated into both the FIRS and has filed Charge Sheets.

The husband of the petitioner, namely, Mantu Lal Bairagi is also an accused in a NDPS Case and is in custody.

5.

The petitioner may pursue execution of proceedings in respect of unpaid maintenance in accordance with law.

6.

This Court does not find any inaction on the part of the Bamongola Police Station.

7.

The Police shall continue to ensure appropriate security to the petitioner.

8.

The writ petition is disposed of.

9.

There will be no order as to costs.

10.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
