Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 3 and the State are also represented.

Having heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of both the parties, let CRR 1026 of 2023 along with CRAN 2 of 2023 are dismissed as withdrawn.

A copy of letter dated 15.2.2025 and a copy of order dated 22.10.2024 are taken on record.
