This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging inaction on the part of the respondents concerned in disposing its representation dated 20th January, 2021 being annexure P-9 to the writ petition and sitting over the said representation. Considering the submissions of the parties this writ petition being W.P.A. 7714 of 2021 is disposed of by directing the respondents concerned to consider and dispose of the said representation dated 20th January, 2021 in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or its authorized representative within four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

It is recorded that this Court has not gone into the merit of the said representation and the respondents concerned will disposing the aforesaid representation and will act strictly in accordance with law.
