1. Report in the form of an affidavit filed on behalf of 19.02.26 Sl-891 Ct.551 (S.R.) the respondent no.3 is taken on record.

2. The said report reveals that a final notice dated February 3, 2026 had been issued by the Block Land & Land Reforms Officer, Patashpur-I, Purba Medinipur to the encroachers, for removal of the encroachment on government land.

3. Mr. Dalapati, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that in terms of the notice, encroachment over government land has already been removed.

4. In such view of the matter, nothing further remains to be decided in this writ petition.

5. WPA 6805 of 2025 stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
