And In the matter of : Mriganko Biswas ...... petitioner Mr. Ranojoy Chatterjee ....for the petitioner Mr. Arihit Ganguly, Mr. Kjoushik Kundu ....for the State Apparently, the petitioner is involved in a racket whereby, members of the public are made to part with money on the promise of government job.

The statement under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code implicates the petitioner.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

CRM (A) 1196 of 2023 is rejected.
