It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have been falsely implicated in the instant case.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. Having considered the materials on record and in view of the prima facie involvement of the petitioners in the alleged gang rape of a minor girl and as the investigation is in progress, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

The application for bail is, thus rejected.

The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a year from the date so fixed for trial without granting any unnecessary arrangements.
