Consequently, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. Considering the period of detention of the petitioner, it would be appropriate to request the trial Judge to dispose of the trial as expeditiously as possible and not to grant any unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties. CRM (DB) 986 of 2022 is dismissed.
