Report reflects that the revisional application has been filed in respect of Berhampore PS Case No. 162 of 2023 and it has been categorically stated in the report that date of recording of case, sections of law and petitioner is different. Documents to that effect have been enclosed which is a case under Sections 506/326 IPC and the persons who have been implicated are completely different. Learned advocate for the petitioners as such do not want to press the revisional application. Consequently, the revisional application being CRR 1077 of 2024 is dismissed as not pressed. Department is directed to return the certified copy to the learned advocate on record appearing on behalf of the petitioner on the same being replaced by a Photostat copy.
