In the fifth line of the second paragraph at page no. 2 of this order 'learned Judge, Special Court under N.D.P.S. Act, Berhampore, Murshidabad' shall be read as 'learned Judge, Special Court under N.D.P.S. Act, Balurghat, Dakshin Dinajpur'. Department is directed to incorporate the necessary correction in the said order.

Other portions of the order shall remain the same. Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
